Bobbie Michelle has consulted hundreds of people desiring to do fix and flips, assessing markets to determine optimal property acquisition locations and developing construction budgets to maximize return on investment, property value, and cash flow. Her clients leave the closing table with checks on average between 60k and 120k per transaction.

For those seeking residual income, Bobbie has devised strategies, identified prime real estate and facilitated the purchase of said real estate to fulfill her client’s goals. Bobbie’s clients have started group homes for Veterans, troubled youth, and people with disabilities. Her clients have acquired residential multifamily rental properties and commercial apartment buildings in areas with higher than average appreciation rates.
